Refund policy

No refunds, exchanges only 

Items will be accepted for exchange within 7 days of purchase. We will not accept any exchanges outside of the 7 day time frame.

Eligible exchanges must be in original condition, with tags attached, unworn, and unwashed (free of stains, deodorant, and any signs of wear).

Items purchased online may be exchanged in store or by mail.  Exchanges will be processed within 72 hours of item being received in The Kidz Store office.  If the items being exchanged are in unacceptable condition, customer will be contacted by a Kidz Store manager for further discussion. 

Exchanges will be at the discretion of management.
